The Care Bed is designed for medium and large senior dogs — dogs who spend more time resting, need help standing up, or need support moving between rooms. If your dog can still walk but struggles with the transitions of the day, this is for you.

The Care Bed combines multiple care functions into one adjustable platform: comfortable rest with pressure relief, height adjustment, assisted standing support, short-distance room-to-room mobility, easy access on/off, and an easy-clean, waterproof design — replacing a shelf full of single-purpose products.

Yes. The mattress uses a high-support waterproof EVA core with an additional foam pressure-relief layer on top. Accidents happen with senior dogs — the design makes cleanup simple.

The waterproof surfaces wipe clean with mild soap and water. The pressure-relief top layer can be spot-cleaned. For specific cleaning instructions for your unit's materials, contact us — we'll send detailed care guidance.

The platform transitions from a lower resting height (easy for your dog to get on and off) to a raised height — bringing your dog up to a more ergonomic level for feeding, grooming, and assisted standing, so you can care for them without stooping.

Yes. The Care Bed has lockable swivel casters, so it functions as a short-distance mobility platform — glide your dog from the bedroom to the living room or toward the door without lifting.

The Care Bed requires simple assembly with clear instructions. No special tools or skills needed. If anything is unclear, our support team will walk you through it.

Orders process within 1–3 business days, with delivery in approximately 7–15 business days. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. Large items may arrive in multiple packages.

Standard shipping is free within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. For other countries, contact us for a quote.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original packaging (unless it arrived damaged or defective). Return shipping is paid by the buyer. See our full policy for details.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including shipping. You never pay for our mistakes.
